Description

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the potato chunks with olive oil.
  3. 3. Add the dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. 4. Toss everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil and seasonings.
  5. 5. Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  6. 6. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork and golden brown with crispy edges.
