Description

A creamy, refreshing dessert made with Greek yogurt and mixed berries, frozen to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the mixed berries until evenly distributed.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Notes

Silicone molds release cleaner than plastic trays. Allow an overnight freeze for a denser texture. Keep frozen to maintain integrity.
