Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking pan.
  2. Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped spinach and stir until evenly incorporated.
  4. Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
