  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with chilies, undrained
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic.
  3. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Stir in the undrained Rotel tomatoes and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  6. Reduce heat and mix in the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Fold in the cooked bowtie pasta, ensuring it’s well-coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
