- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups kale, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat until cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in the rice, chicken broth, kale, thyme, and oregano, ensuring everything is well combined.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
