Description

A deliciously rich fettuccine pasta dish made with ground beef, heavy cream, and fresh spinach, topped with melted Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and let it heat up for a couple of minutes.
  5. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted, roughly 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  7. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined, about another minute.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy beef pasta.

Notes

Best eaten fresh the same day, but reheats well in a skillet with a splash of broth if needed. Avoid overcooking garlic and spinach for the best flavor.
