  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup beef broth
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce (low sodium recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons cold water (for thickening, optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Pat the beef cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. (Optional) Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear beef cubes until browned on all sides. Transfer to slow cooker.
