Description

Delicious and easy Honey Garlic Salmon Bites that are quick to prepare and perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and lime juice to create the glaze.
  4. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the salmon and simmer for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the salmon in the honey garlic mixture for about 30 minutes before cooking. You can use frozen salmon, just ensure it’s fully thawed and patted dry.
