Instructions
- 1. Chop iceberg lettuce into small bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
- 2. Slice salami, pepperoni, and ham into thin strips.
- 3. Cube provolone cheese into small chunks.
- 4. Add tomatoes, red onion, and banana peppers to the bowl.
- 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
