  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Chop iceberg lettuce into small bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Slice salami, pepperoni, and ham into thin strips.
