Description

A creamy and comforting corn casserole, perfect for gatherings and holiday meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese (if using) and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set in the center.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Best served fresh; can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat at 350°F for 15-20 minutes, adding a splash of milk if needed.
