- 1 cup diced pickles

Instructions

- Add diced onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until they are soft and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in the beef broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to deglaze and incorporate any flavorful bits.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the heavy cream and stir well.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, diced tomatoes, pickles, salt, and pepper, stirring until well combined.
- Allow the soup to simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld the flavors before serving.
