Description

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the ground beef, cooking until browned and broken apart.
  4. Mix in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
