Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef with diced onion and minced garlic over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink and the onions are translucent.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the pot.
  3. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes, and riced cauliflower to the pot. Bring to a boil, and watch for tiny bubbles forming.
