- 1 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Crumbled cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped

- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add fresh corn kernels and cook for a few minutes.
- Stir in smoky paprika, lime juice, and vegetable broth.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
- Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled cheese, cilantro, and chili powder.
Notes
