Easy and incredibly flavorful Savory Slow Cooker Lipton Onion Potatoes, made with just a few pantry staples. The slow cooker does all the work for tender, delicious potatoes every time.

- 2.5 pounds potatoes, cut into 1–1.5 inch pieces
- 1 (1-ounce) envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup water or chicken broth (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut them into uniform, bite-sized pieces (about 1-1.5 inches).
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the cut potatoes with the Lipton onion soup mix. Toss until well coated.
- 3. Pour the melted butter over the potato and soup mix. Toss again to ensure each piece is coated. If using, stir in the water or chicken broth.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to your slow cooker.
- 5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are fork-tender.
- 6. Stir gently. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
