Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 8 small taco-sized tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat until it’s hot enough that a drop of water sizzles upon contact.
