Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, carrots, cucumber, bell pepper, edamame, and green onions.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and maple syrup.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine evenly.
